Welcome to Punna Travels. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our self-drive car rental services in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. By booking a vehicle with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old.
A valid Driving License (minimum 1 year old), Aadhar Card, and PAN Card are required for verification.
Foreign nationals must provide a valid International Driving Permit and passport.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made via our website, app, or in person.
Full payment must be made at the time of booking, including refundable security deposit.
Rates include basic insurance, but exclude tolls, parking charges, and fuel unless stated otherwise.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of ₹[Amount] is required.
It will be returned within 3–5 working days after vehicle return, subject to inspection.

4. Vehicle Pickup and Return

Pickup and return must be made at the agreed location and time.
Late returns may incur additional hourly or daily charges.
Vehicle must be returned in the same condition and with the same fuel level.

5. Usage Restrictions

Only the registered driver is allowed to drive.
Vehicle must not be used for:
- Commercial transport of goods or passengers.
- Speed racing, towing, or off-road activities.
- Any illegal activities.
Smoking and alcohol consumption inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

6. Accidents and Damage

In case of an accident, inform us and the local authorities immediately.
An FIR and damage report must be submitted.
Insurance covers major damages, but the renter is liable for:
- Negligence or traffic violations.
- Minor damages not covered under insurance.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before booking start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge.
No refunds for no-shows or early returns.

8. Fuel Policy

Vehicle is provided with a certain fuel level. You must return it with the same level.
Any shortfall will be deducted from the security deposit.

9. Liability

Punna Travels is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Users are responsible for all traffic violations, penalties, and tolls incurred during the rental.
