2. Delivery and Pickup Options

a. Customer Pickup (Free)

 

• • Customers can collect the vehicle from our location at: 📍 Punna Travels, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana

b. Home Delivery (Optional)

 

• • Vehicle can be delivered to your home, office, or another preferred location.

• • Delivery charges may apply based on distance (typically ₹[Insert Charge] within Kukatpally).

• • Delivery time slot will be confirmed during booking.

c. Vehicle Pickup After Trip

 

• • We can collect the vehicle after your rental ends.

• • Pickup charges may apply if outside the free zone.

• • Requests outside these hours may be subject to availability and extra charges

4. Delays and Rescheduling

• • Customers may reschedule delivery/pickup with at least 4 hours’ notice, free of charge.

5. Vehicle Condition on Delivery
